We provide training in the practice of Mindfulness & Intimacy for adults dealing with the normal challenges of life.

In order to accommodate distance learning and busy schedules, individual and couple sessions are also offered on the telephone and/or on Skype.
Individual sessions
Individual sessions are designed to facilitate a client’s personal journey. We each work independently with clients, one on one, in 60 to 90 minute sessions.
Couple sessions
Couple sessions are for partners who want to enrich and expand their relationship with each other. We provide the rare opportunity for couples to be supported, two on two, in 60 to 90 minute sessions. Our complementary perspectives help couples move deeply into their process together.

Women’s Retreats

Join Mindfulness and Intimacy coach Nancy Mortifee for deeply enlivening retreats of personal exploration and spiritual practice for women.

The common thread is our desire to know and express ourselves more fully in life and to receive from one another as women have always done.
