Women’s Mindfulness & Intimacy Retreats 2012

Friday, March 2nd - Sunday, March 4th 
 Healing The Feminine Heart - Weekend Retreat  Cascadia Retreat Centre (www.cascadiaretreats.com)
Located in beautiful Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast.
The workshop spaces and bedrooms are cozy & private.
 Retreat Cost: $150 CDN* *IIn keeping with my desire to make my work as accessible as possible, I am only asking that the costs associated with the workshop be covered. I will not be taking a fee. Payment can be made in a variety of ways, so please contact me directly. (A deposit of $100 is required to reserve a place. 
Deposits are refundable up until 14 days before the weekend.) Workshop schedule: Friday, March 2nd: plan to arrive by 5:30 pm.
The retreat concludes after lunch at 2:30 pm on Sunday.

 Women Healing Together - 5 day retreat co-facilitated with Deepa Narayan 
 Hollyhock Learning Centre - Cortes Island, B.C. Deepa and I are delighted to be co-facilitating this 5 day intensive experience together this summer. For those of who can take the time, this will be an exceptional opportunity to go deeper in this work, immersed in the beauty of Cortes Island and pampered by the staff of Hollyhock.
